Unbound Living Content
Welcome readers. As this site is newer and has it’s limitations, earlier content may be accessed through the platform (off-site) HERE.
What’s Here?
For me, recovery writing has been the key that opened the door to my self-imposed prison. Recovery writing is a process that can assist trauma survivors access their inner selves and transmute the pain of false beliefs, feelings, and thoughts into inner safety.
I’ve written content and journaled daily for more than 3 years, authored a book, and working on a follow up to “Unbound 100 Days of Intent.” If any of what I post here resonates, I’d appreciate your comments, even if you disagree with what I write, because of course, engaging in healthy discussion is a part of the recovery process.
